What insurance do you accept?

We accept most commercial insurances and Medicare. We are not currently taking any new Tricare patients and we do not accept Medicaid only plans and any variations of it at this time. Please call if you have any other questions.

Intake- $250, Follow up- $100 Effective January 1, 2026, prices will be increasing.

No, we do not. If you or someone you care about is in need of emergent services please go to the nearest emergency room, or dial 911. New Hope does not provide crisis services. No, we do not.

Yes, but we do ask for a 24 hour notice to avoid a no show/ late cancellation fee of $50.

You will receive reminders by email, phone call, or text messages.

Call your pharmacy and see if you have any medications available for refill. If not, ask them to send a refill request or call our office and let us know what refills you need.
