What insurance do you accept?
We accept most commercial insurances and Medicare. We are not currently taking any new Tricare patients and we do not accept Medicaid only plans and any variations of it at this time. Please call if you have any other questions.
How much is cash pay?
Intake- $250, Follow up- $100 Effective January 1, 2026, prices will be increasing.

Do you offer emergency or crisis services?
No, we do not. If you or someone you care about is in need of emergent services please go to the nearest emergency room, or dial 911. New Hope does not provide crisis services. Do you offer sliding scale fees or financial assistance?
No, we do not.
Can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
Yes, but we do ask for a 24 hour notice to avoid a no show/ late cancellation fee of $50.
How will I receive reminders about upcoming appointments?
You will receive reminders by email, phone call, or text messages.
How do you handle medication refills?
Call your pharmacy and see if you have any medications available for refill. If not, ask them to send a refill request or call our office and let us know what refills you need.
